Turning Points

I have just lived a few years, but I believe I’ve had many turning points in my life, some big, some small. One of them was when I moved out to live in another house and with it, another nation. I had to learn a new language and a new culture. Many people can’t adapt to changes like this in their first years, but since I was in the first grade, it only took me a month. Another major turning point in my lifetime was when I moved back to my native nation. I was a teen now and had practically grown up in a culture that was not of my ancestors, but had made it my own. Re-adapting to my home nation, well, I’ve been a couple years here, and still can’t adapt. The greatest and final turning point in my life (for now), was when I dropped out of school for about two years, then returned to finish studying high school at the age of 18. I believe turning points teach us many valuable things to know in life and have the power to bring down strongholds in our minds.
